WHITEBOARDING
Whenever I can, I like to embark on my detective work by gathering all available data and insights. I then arrange this information on a whiteboard and identify patterns and connections. This process helps me brainstorm solutions and develop hypotheses. When whiteboards aren't an option, I turn to Miro Boards to replicate this immersive experience. And above all, I genuinely adore this stage of the UX process.
USER FLOW EXAMPLES
I've gathered a collection of user flows I've crafted over my career. These flows consistently fulfill the objective of charting a clear path for users to navigate through a website or specific feature. These flows aid the team in comprehending the high level of the user journey. While the intricacies may differ based on the project and company, the overarching goal of streamlining the user experience remains unwavering.
USER PERSONA
This is an example of a user persona I developed from data analysis and in-depth interviews with students in the Indian market. This persona was created to foster empathy among workshop participants and enhance their understanding of the target audience.
ONLINE WORKSHOPS CREATION
This is an illustration of a typical workshop I have designed and facilitated numerous times throughout my career. This particular workshop was designed to align team members on a specific topic, kick off a new initiative, and generate a multitude of initial ideas.

DESIGN SYSTEM CREATION
As a key contributor to the Fabric Design System, I was hands-on in crafting several essential components that form the backbone of the MercuryGare design system. Here's a glimpse into my contributions:
DATA VISUALISATION & INTERACTION DESIGN
I was delighted to be a part of the team that designed the new Transportation Management System at MercuryGate International. I had the opportunity to create data visualizations and interactions that make it easy for users to track and analyze their shipments. Here is an example of a dashboard that I designed:
SPECYFICATIONS FOR DEVELOPER
A selection of meticulously crafted specifications for key UI components and features within the MG TMS is presented here. These specifications were created to define the user experience clearly and serve as a helpful guide for developers building the product.
